Overview

At NAILCRAFT, every product is created, packed, and handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.


1. Returns

The customer may return items if they are defective or not as described. Items must be returned unopened and unused, unless defective.

Customer shall be responsible for the cost of retuning the products.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@nailcraft.org with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic or video evidence showing the fault or damage

Once reviewed, if the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged through no misuse or user error, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please do not dispose of the item until your claim has been fully resolved, as we may request it to be returned or inspected.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Refunds are not guaranteed without proof of fault, and we reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet our policy criteria.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment provider.

  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@nailcraft.org


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we may issue a replacement instead of a refund at our discretion.


6. Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong product or a missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what was received so we can correct the issue.


7. Sale Items & Limited Editions

Only regular-priced items may be refunded if deemed faulty.
Sale items, PR boxes, or limited-edition collections are final sale and non-refundable, unless proven faulty.


8. Professional Use

All NAILCRAFT products are sold for professional use only.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect application, storage, or misuse by untrained individuals.
