Shipping policy

At NAILCRAFT, we take great care to ensure every order is packed securely and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Trade Customers Only

NAILCRAFT products are strictly trade-only and available to qualified nail technicians holding an accredited certificate. We reserve the right to request proof of certification at any time before or after an order is placed. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if valid certification cannot be provided.


Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email or our social channels.


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders placed outside the UK will not be accepted at this time. We hope to be able to ship out to the UE and ROW soon, but with rising tariffs, customs fees and us being a small single person run business at this time, it is not possible.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after dispatch, not at the time of order.

UK Tracked Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. All applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. NAILCRAFT is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@nailcraft.org with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and assist where possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and affected items, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
